I have a problem and I really need your advice. There are 8 people in my office now. Everyone has different English levels but in general, they cannot write and speak English correctly. They want me to help them improve their English with following targets:
1. Talking with clients confidently
2. Emailing to clients
3. In generally, Speaking English in front of others well.
I have written some blogs about how to learn pronunication, how to pronounce each sound in English, step by step to pronounce correctly, etc. But they don't want to read what I wrote and continuously ask me to find a way to help them achieve above targets.
When I propose that they write 5 simple sentences and record them each day and submit to me in first week as a warm-up step. They insisted that it is futile and require me to find another way. They said that they come to the company to work, not learn English, bla, bla, bla.
And please, keep in mind that I am not an English teacher. I am also an employee like them.
What should I do now?

First your colleagues must have to motivate themselves. Denying this or that is not a solution. Even a qualified teacher is unable to teach them if they are not ready to learn in a prescribed common ways.
It happened to me also, when I advised them, "read my files" you will learn at least office English." "No we can't do that, it is very hard to understand." This was the answer.
So nobody can help such people.
Nice to read from you Vet! You can tell them to read daily newspapers!
Thank you for your comment Diah!
Yes, I will follow advice from everyone and try my best to help them if they really want. For me, life is all about sharing, so what I am sharing can help just only one, it is still a good thing after all.
I cant agree more with all of EC member's statements here. You have tried your best to help them. But they seem like don't want to help themselves. Just remember, the strong motivation is come from the internal environment. My advice, you say what you feel honestly to them and say "I have done my best for you all". Rest of all is their choices
Thank you for your comment MARY.
The problem is they don't want to read. I am still writing blogs and I may give them the same answer when they reask me. "On the way to success, there is no trace of lazy men." right? :)
Thank you for your comments, Rosemary!
I have offered many options in learning English in my blogs and reminded them of applying one and seeing how it works before moving to another one. There is no shortcut. But I think they just want to hear what they want to hear, not what I want to say.
"You shouldn't offer help or advice for people who don't ask for it. Because, if you do so you will harm them more than helping them". Thank you, I really like this quote. I have refused many people to be their English teacher but I always agree to be their learning partner because I don't think I am good enough to take this position. I only offer help or advice when I am sure I can do it well but I still tell them to take it wisely.
Thank you for your time and comments again. It helps a lot!
:) u are mostly welcome :) Best of luck my friend
weren't you who said to me and A7 that our animated gifs were annoying? ¬¬
Well, you can't be the dorks' whisperer, so... just suggest them this book:
