I am looking for a tool or educational program which explains the rules as analysing :I meant: If I write any sentence, I can get the information related tense names, grammatical names, as theory and pratical uses about situation / position.,Some details for understanding :( I would like to go or I would have been going or I would be going to,,,,,,I have a car, I have had a car, I have been going, I have been taken,I admit HAVING CALLED her at midnight , he doesn't remember HAVING BEEN CALLED by someone ....In additional, I should use some exercise about technical words ofgrammar for using cash knowledge from my mind. For understanding any key grammatic word is what ? I can find out analysing question mark and answer...Attention please ! Of course there are huge number of grammar book and I can find them in it. I want to solve problem rapidly, ask question in analytic format and get answer.. Check the your rules out sistematicly, etc...IS THERE ANYBODY WHO KNOWS?

I found this solution for myself and, hopefully, it might be helpful for you also.
When I have a specific question, I ask about it here - http://www.italki.com/answers/. More likely, your questions will be answered by native English speakers and what I like the most - it's fast (in most cases in about an hour or less). Sometimes I ask people to help me to formulate keywords for Google search. :)
I think you are looking for a simple way to learn/teach sentence analysis. Am I right? I don't think a "tool" is a great idea. You need to really understand all of the parts of the sentence, including the subject, object, verb...Here is a step-by-step method that may be useful for you:
