I have a story to share to anyone I see it will not be enough to write and tell but this is my job and I 'd like to express my appreciation that I have been working here whole one year and all the time when I was working I can't decide anything what I need to do and I have to listen and do accordingly such as
- Advantage
- I did several position even I was Guest service agent in someday that no one on that shift and my duties will be more than others position but they need to practice me through any job descriptions before I could be alone on each shift
- I'v got lot of knowledge more than others position as well such as tour information and how to handle guest flight
- If I would like to apply for new job it gonna be easier cause I can do all position under front office .
- disadvantage
- by the way I did several position but I m still getting salary as same as old position ,they had better to give me more than that due to there is only one of them staff who can do many position
- I was force to did many position without I require to do
- I was taking care guest all the times
- and If any case happen I have to handle it till is t all over if I can't do it I have to respond as I did but this not my duties to do

I have been working here in my present organization for last many years, and carrying out works for Chairman (including his brothers), M.D. and Manager Industrial, but I have been paid salary of one person, whereas I do work of three persons.
So be patient.
