I received my TESOL Certification from Oxford Seminars on Sunday, June 14. Now I am going through the process of exploring teaching opportunities around the world. I am very open to going almost anywhere. I am looking more at the job descriptions than the countries. South America has appeal from the aspect that I could improve my Spanish or Portuguese. Gosh!! I've done another mess..Just recently, I was doing tutorial stuff. It's actually an academy for korean students who are willing to improve their english skills. There, we were using video phones to teach them. Unfortunately, i felt uneasy because of the environment as well as my co-workers. I must prepare a short Lesson Plan in the next 48 hours for this next Saturday as part of the Oxford Seminar course to obtain TESOL Certification. I think I have basic english level. Is there any way to improve the english? I also looked at the word a day. But painful think is I just do not remember it. I have a lot of english friends. When I am talking with them or listening to them, I find it really hard to understand and reply them. I am 35 years old. Is this the end of the english for me? I 've sometimes found that my students feel shy to answer the questions or take part in the conversations so I ask them to have a false identity ,a nickname probably "You are Michael..." for instance so they can hide behind that false identity and when they make mistakes it is that false identity actually not the real student, I've found it really practical and that helps them to come and participate more,so next time let your students have that false identity and see how they work.Alireza,A dev

Really, we are in shortage of doing it. It's so important and we know that and still avoiding or neglecting it. Why we are doing this and keep increasing the fat in our bodies under the witness from our side. Having a practice in our schedule it is not obstacle or big issue that will affect our daily routine. Having a little exercise will increase the release of the stress from our minds and bodies and will give us a good relaxation without the need of others to give us massage or diet meal. Spo
