Disappointment is an emotion occurring when what you want to have happen, doesn't happen. It is quite difficult to handle, weather you are dealing with family problems or in a career or dealing with a relationship that hasn't worked out. Most people who felt this feeling mostly think negatively after the "disaster". But we can deal with disappointments and come out more stronger and much tougher than we were before. I listed some the things that i think might help us deal with diasappointment.
