It's been a while since I post a blog under the 'Did You Know?' series. So here it comes for the first 'Did You Know?' series in 2014. It's all about the colour red.

1. Caught Red Handed

The meaning of caught red handed is to be caught in the act of committing a misdemeanour with the evidence. The origin of the phrase can be traced back to the Scotland in the 15th century. It was believed to refer to people who had been caught with blood for murders or poaching.

People like comparing the genders, it is very debatable topic. For instance - whose life is worse, if men are so busy at work, all the time tired or if women are stuck in the kitchen, must do only their duties and take care of the kids. RAIN THE ABLUTION

When I left for my work the weather was normal, the sky was partially cloudy, and a cool wind was blowing with normal steering. Therefore, I didn't take rain coat or umbrella. On the way, the sky abruptly became overcast with rain clouds and it began to drizzle. I still remember the first time I recorded my voice and played it back long time ago. I was shocked and told myself what a bad recording program. I asked my friends and they told they encounted the same problem. But when I listen to their recordings I felt those are their real voice, nothing strange here. My new job in Shenzhen is pretty good, not perfect mind you, but pretty good. The only BIG negative currently is that I live over 2 hours away from where I work. I am hoping to find a new place to live closer to Nanshan Central District (where I work) next month. I must save enough money first which is why I haven't moved yet.

Yesterday I finished my application for the correct visa to work in China. I will pick up my Passport in 2 weeks and be good to go (or should I say stay).
