Do you remember that I used to make you read these comics for me while you were trying to watch the game? Do you remember my first day at school? You cupped my face in your hands, looked into my eyes and said, "Hey, I'm not gonna sugarcoat it. School sucks. But we're gonna power through it. Wanna race to the car?" And then you started to run like a Kenyan runner. You were always there for me, you put up with all the shenanigans that I caused. Remember the pancake fiasco? The look on mom's face! That icy glare woulda frozen the Hell! Tomorrow's your birthday and mom's on fire! She and I are gonna bake the biggest cake ever and guess what? Nanna's coming! It's supposed to be a "secret" but you know me and my big mouth. Plus, you're gonna find out sooner or later 'cause mom's cleaning the house like nobody's business.
