When I was a teenager and my English was probably not as good as it is now, I used to listen to a lot of music for my brother's band to write their lyrics.
Now the lyrics are ready on the CD or the web
But it's good practice to listen to them and write them down before you actually find them (for a final check)
Plus, you can enjoy the music you like the most
