Hi Sweetheart,
I am sorry to inform you that, right now I am a bit nervous! Actually, I am just from the hospital and I was undergo various examinations. The head of the medicine recommended me that I go more examinations. So, he suggested that I eat nothing tomorrow morning. Along with it, he advised that I drink adequate water before midnight. And, his assistant told that I not have any heavy food tonight. You may understand, how did I feel after hearing these. So, my doctor recommended that I laugh and talk with you and your papa more often. She also insisted that I do phone calls to my close friends. More over, she told that you visit me as soon as you can. I hope, you would not be upset after hearing me.
I wish if I were with you.
Mom.

Good try. The subjunctive is tricky. Take a few minutes to review the rules again. Can you change the verb "tell" to something else, such as advised or recommended?
I suggest you not worry to much. Everything will be ok ^_^
Thanks, Smith....I must read again.
Good work!
The subjunctive can be so tricky. Although it's not very common in modern British English, it's used in formal American English. If you need to take an English test (based on American English) such as TOEFL, you have to learn to use the subjunctive.
Let's work on these two sentences:
1. "Along with it, he advised me that I drink adequate water before midnight." -- After the "advise", you need a clause, so you should have used "I" rather than "me".
2. "So, my doctor recommended me more that I laugh and talk with you and your papa more often."
By the way, if the main verb is "tell", you don't usually use the subjunctive in the clause. Try to read the writing prompt again: Writing Prompt ~ Subjunctive Mood
