Well, here I am doing good. I am also busy with my own life and study. But, my health condition is not too good. I have been suffering from fever and cold since last week. Though I am taking medicine regularly but the improvement is less.
Anyway, would you please let me know why you have been so quiet? I hope, there is no other reason...! Okay, let me share some news with you. Last week my brother came to visit me and he had bought lots of gifts and chocolates for me. And, he has been telling me to move with him as there are more job facilities.

Now that it's supposed to be a writing challenge, you could have used as much present perfect continuous as possible.

It's sad that your friend has lost contact of you. He should at least leave you a word so that you will not be worrying so much.
