writing prompt: Breathe vs breath.

Hi Tintin,

How are you? I heard a couple of days ago, you were feeling stressed out! As a yoga instructor, I several times worked out of this sort of problem. I consider it as a mixture of health and mental problem. Anyway, I would like to give some useful tips to over come your breathing problem.

Have you thought of swimming, It is quite a good exercise to learn how to take breath and out. Along with it, you should take three or more dips. And, while you take dip, remember, you should hold your breath, and after a reasonable time you get up and breath out. You may increase your timing after some days. Remember, don't take longer time in the very beginning, okay?

In addition, You might visit your village where you can breathe in fresh and dust free air. Try to breathe in and breathe out sharply and pay attention, in timing, i mean, you have to take same time for each part.

More over, if you are interested in taking a yoga course, just give me a phone call. I am available 24/7. I usually help to learn how to  take deep breath properly and would like to suggest to visit in a healthy place where a person can breathe in and out in a healthy way!

Take care,

Afro.

  • These two words always trip me. I always try to remember that breath is the air, whereas breathe is the act.
