I agree with Manuela's concerns but applying doesn't so hard. First of all it is enough to just leave our pride. I believe in your advices strongly even it's necessary for serving to worlds peace.

I am not surprised you chose to give us this recepie, as i can feel you have those ingredients in 'stock' in the top drawer of your personnality.
I know that many people reading your recepie or mine will think as Jamal Denmati. In fact talking or writting words is very easy and it is not enough to do so, we should cook our recepie and spread it all around.
Some EC members may think our words are just words, it's up to them, we cannot prevent them to think this way. We havec nothing to prove dear Atika, we know what fills up our life, and to be practical here on the forum isn't particularly easy it doesn't mean we do not change our words in actions in real life.

yes indeed talking is very easy when the words come only from the mouth,but it become difficult when it come from the heart,we have pearhaps more romance in our sentences ,but this romance helps us ,and gives us the strenght to try to change this crual world,although with words.for exactely this reason (corruption,injustice...)we are writing this kind of blogs ,and hope that humans will ones realise the real meaning of beeing human,and i think ,still lot of good persons in this world !!!
Talking is very easy, we heard a lot of this kind messages , but let's reflect on our real life...Is this happens....!! You find people just smiling,helping each other...!! The world is drowning in deep corruption,recession,war... injustice..humiliating...this means ..nobody body really listened...just struggling to exist...for himself only..and smash others...hope that we try to be more practical...not too much of romance..!!!
