The most beautiful thing in the world, I believe, is a smile. As we smile, we look not only more friendly, but also more courteous. It glamorizes our temperament in a way that even cosmetics can not replace; it can also narrow down the distance between people. One of my neighbors is just such a case, she always smiles broadly whenever we meet. Her smile is as beautiful as flowers and brightens my mood.
The theory of smiling can make us healthier is not new. Recently, I read an interesting article that says that the researchers found that a smile of a person can produce the same equivalence of our brain stimulation as if we ate up to about 2,000 pieces of chocolate, or it is just like receiving up to 24,000 US dollars in cash. Can you imagine if we tried smiling many times per day we could make our life more healthy and wealthy? It's kind of a great inspiration, isn't it?
A smile costs nothing. However, it can generate a big advantage that you'd never realize. Have you smiled yet today? If not, smile now. ^_^
