Beyond the mirror
It was a mysterious, cold midnight and she was standing in front of her mirror, watching herself and wondering, who of them is real, if that one silhouette in the mirror or her physical existence in front of it. Suddenly, this person in the mirror turned around and gave her gesture to follow her, which she found exciting and tempting, so she took her chance and disappeared within one second completely from this world.

The reflection in the mirror and background is metaphor for the world beyond life. It does not happen in reality, but somethime we symbolize one thing for the other to express the thought and feelings.
In reality the subject and the object (reflection) both are interlinked in a unit, but to define an expression, mirror is taken as a medium to represent the world beyond life.
This is my own opinion and every commentator does not necessairly think and interpret in the the writer does.
What Luci has used as her medium to express the mystry of life and beyond life is my favourite.
