describes someone who has a joke so poorly told and so unfunny that one cannot help but laugh. Someone who seeks for an attention by making a joke, but the joke is totally failed. Otherwise, friend or people around will laugh at him/her, at the lack hilarity of a joke, not because of his/her funny joke. Original word: JAYUS.

Example: Seeing kitchilds in a big city is not a surprise anymore. They usually just hang around aimlessly.

A mix feelings of intense love and hate. Describe the intense feeling when you see something or someone that is so adorable and cute that you can't help but want to squash them. Sometimes it is because of what someone has done. It tends to love rather than hate or anger. lovennoying (adj.) has the same sense. Original word: GEMES.
Example: His action made her felt so lovennoyed with him. It is lovennoying to see a chubby baby.

A situation where you feel bloated and gassy (flatulence) BUT not because of something you eat. It's because you stay up late or you didn't eat enough food that day or because the weather is too windy and cold or you're too long being outside at night. Original word: MASUK ANGIN.

It is both, you can say someone is failaughy, you can also say their joke is failaughy. I wrote "describe someone" there because mostly it refers to person. For the description itself, I combined and fully modified it from several definitions. But in fact, we use it like...
"Don't be failaughy!" "Your story is failaughy, indeed!".
