Dear EC friends,this is my first time to join a writing challenge here. And believe me, it took me 2 days to write my blog.
When I was a child my dream is to become a teacher. My teachers in my elementary grades influence me a lot. I see teachers way back then as perfect person. But when I grow up, ambition of becoming a teacher was replaced to become a nurse. I like to see their uniforms, all white from head to toe. That's my only reason behind choosing a nurse as my profession. It is funny but I'm a late bloomer then. When i am realizing it now it made me smile. But because nursing course is quite expensive, my parents cannot afford to send me in a nursing school. I'm back to become a teacher. At first, I did not like this course very much. But I had no choice or else I would stop schooling.
Now I am a teacher in primary grades .Little by little, I am able to embrace my profession with all my heart. I choose to be a teacher in primary grades because for me they are easy to deal with, in terms of discipline, than the older students. I find happiness and fulfillment in teaching. Though there are ups and downs in this profession. But at the end of the day it is wonderful to see my pupils are learning.
In the future, this is my dream. After retirement, maybe, I could relax and travel to other places. To live near the sea, sitting on my rocking chair while reading books and listening to my favorite music. Watching my grandchildren play..What a nice scenes? I could feel the contentment and satisfaction in life.

@ Robbie, thanks a lot for giving your time reading my blog. It is wonderful to see you make comments my blog.I am so happy I joined the club. It really helped me a lot. It requires me to read, which is impossible for us teachers to do. I'm very thankful to Teacher Tara also with this kind of activity members were able to think and practice our English through writing.
Great job for taking the time to join the writing challenge, Almira! I admire the teaching profession because of its personal fulfillment. I couldn't imagine our planet without teachers. They are the ones that shape other noble professionals.

yes Micky..It is because they influence a lot to children. A child is a great imitator. They mimic what they see.

To be a teacher seems the common dream to children. hehehe.
Thanks cherry for reading my writing..well it is.. after long time of working during our younger days, its nice to think of good scenes that could relax our mind and body.
