SMOKING
I am going to tell you my story from which you decide yourselves whether you are against or in favour of smoking.
This story pertains to a very long detailed background, but I will tell you in brief.
Few years back it was diagnosed that there was a hole in my heart, whereas I was apparently normal in all respects of health. The heart specialist whom I was referred by my physician was surprised very much looking at a normal smiling face sitting before him.
“Why are you here?” He asked me with a curious look.
“I don’t know, exactly, it is all written here!” I said timidly pointing out at the file he was reading.
“It says that you have a hole in your heart by birth!”
“Yes, as my physician told, and sent me to you” I replied.
“But you look so normal even with that hole, ok tell me do you smoke?”
“No doc, never in my life!” I said. “Ohhhh….I see, that’s why, I got it how you survived so far with that hole………………….
I conclude this story here. What I wanted to emphasize is cleared to all my readers. It is up to you to decide to be in favour or against smoking……….

Smoking is not only dangerous for smokers but also for non-smokers who live with a smoker, I'm against it, every parents have duty to inform their kids about this bad habit.
No, Expector, I did go through open heart surgery to mend the hole.
The point was that I survived with the hole, as doctor said that I did not smoke, otherwise it might gone worse.
I‘m so sorry to hear that - a 'hole' in the heart can be so alarming. Thankfully, you don't need heart surgery. Take care!
The rate of death Honey, of course there are still death, but the rate concern.
I tell you a story(its funny):
Once a man was advising a smoker that if he stop smoking he will be able to save money, and in the long run he will be an owner of properties. The smoker got irritated. he said, "do you smoke?" "No," the man replied. "Do you own that building over there?" "No," the man replied."I own that building!" The smoker replied and turned away.
I'm not against the smokers. They can do it everywhere they want but not in public places, places with kids or cafes and restaurants.
As for the health issues., even people who don't smoke and drink, can die from cancer.

I got operated, open heart surgery, and the hole was closed. I am okay now Alhamdolillah.

Mishaikh, so sorry to know that. You should take care of yourself more than anyone who is healthy and do a good habit to live. I'm sure you've done it and could continue it well.
Once, my father was in surgical operation to remove something black in her lungs. He had been smoking for years with more than 12 packs of cigarette per day. Sadly, now he's still smoking but not so often as before.
I hope there are more people would realize this peril. Wish best for you, Mishaikh.
