Adaline was very happy on that day, she got her Higher Secondary exams results. Her father wanted her to study Bds to become a dentist, her mother wanted her to study her language and literature. Adaline liked her mother's idea and went to study her Bachelor degree in a prestigious university called Mother Theresa Women’s University. She managed to finish her degree with a university rank. Her parents encouraged her to do a master degree. Adaline managed to finish her M.A., Mphil in literature and language and she started to work as an assistant lecturer in a college near her home town. She taught her language and literature there.

After six months of her work, one day she came from work. She saw a car parked in front of her house. When Adaline entered her house she saw an old man and a woman sitting on the sofa. Adaline's father told her “This is the boy's parents. They are from England. They are here to see you. We are going to arrange your marriage”.

Adaline went inside her room. She really didn’t want to get marry at that time. She wanted to continue her Phd and live and work in her own country. But she couldn’t say anything. Whatever the parents wished for her, she had to accept and listen to them.

Adaline's parents arranged her wedding, and she never got the chance to see the groom, because he was living and working in England. Adaline got married and met her husband, Michael, an electronic engineer on the wedding day. He couldn’t speak Adaline's language. But he was a kind and caring human she ever met. She managed to communicate with her broken English.

Adaline's husband arranged everything to get a visa to take her to England. Adaline never see a real aeroplane closer before. She saw some in the sky very higher. She was so scared to fly. But she managed to come to England.

Initially Adaline found it difficult to live in England without speaking fluently in English. So she decided to go and do some voluntary work in a local Pre School. On the first day of her volunteering her head teacher called her and ask her 'I like the way you interact with the children, would you like to get a job here?'. We got a vacancy here, one of our staff going on a maternity leave”. Adaline was in tears and she said, “I love to work here”.

Adaline got her first job in England without a CV or an interview. Adaline worked there for three years. Adaline managed to work and study together and got more teaching qualifications and she found a deputy school teacher position, and since last year she was managing a Pre School. Her life is going good. She enjoyed working with children. Her life policy was 'you have to found the opportunities and change your life around it'.Adaline's School really proud of her because she took that School's grade from good to outstanding!
