Has blogging given me confidence and encouraged me? I would definitely say YES loudly! Blogging has been changing me day by day that I never expected. Before joining to blog MyEC, I was a kind of person who was quite timid to speak in public as well as worried about making mistakes while speaking or writing. However, things are were different after I keep kept blogging on MyEC by taking part in many intriguing activities for a long time. I myself found I could be able to come out with what I want in English is more easily than before as well as more sensitive to English while reading articles. In addition, rather than hiding in somewhere saying nothing, I am now more confident speaking in public that was proved when I attended a fair in China last month. I was not as nervous as before while speaking English with people from all over the world. And, now I spend less time replying customers’ mails than before.
One of my favorite blogs, Learn to use some idioms in your writing, which is written by Expector, has motivated me much to learn idioms. I admire that his ability of writing is matched by native speakers’. Since then, I would try to apply as possible as I can some of what I’ve learned on commenting members’ blog posts or my writings. With this practice, it enhances me to remember new idioms or phrases impressively. The other thing has helped me a lot by blogging is Tara’s writing challenge each month, which is encouraging people to write often, and Correct My English. I have gotten a great improvement in my writing even if I still make mistakes. On one of my blogs, Dating with monkeys, Tara gave me the hints which I used the wrong grammars so I could figure out what I should fix myself. I won’t forget the mistakes and avoid misusing them second time. One more thing I've find found practical for blogging is to interact with friends or concern them by photos, cards, musics or Vocaroo. It seems that you are with them experiencing the real life anytime. Especially, I was touched beyond words when some of friends left their messages to greet me of why I didn't show up for some time.
All the effects I have changed so far were attributed to MyEC. Thanks to its approachable and sociable platform and environment, learning English here is alluring, inspiring and natural. Most importantly, it is more than just learning English. I appreciate that MyEC always puts its best foot forward for nurturing its members and making here comfortable like a lovely home.

Thanks a lot, Ika. Now a blush is coming into my face. ^_^
Let's keep it up and learn each other.
You are kind to me, Ika. My writing in fact is still not good enough, but thanks a lot for the nice comment. I believe you can get confidence no mater spoken Englihs or other skills as long as you keep it up. Good luck. :)
Thank you Adnan for dropping by. :)
Hello Forget-me-Not,
Yes, it is. MyEC has already helped a lot of friends who are eager learning English as well as improving English, or even making some nice friends via it. Thanks for dropping by and commenting on my post.
Hello Grace,
It's so interesting to read your and all other people's "writting challenge 30" . I am amazed to see how so many members feel they have improved their english skill here on EC. No doubts that this place is really efficient !
Dear Nafis,
What I really like in Audio Speaking is being a storyteller. We can practice our speaking but we also can be inspired by the story itself. It's indeed useful!
I've fixed the mistake you pointed out. Thanks so much.
Dear Tara,
Thanks for the reminder below. I've corrected it by using " take part in".
The next correction is that I have to add ' is '. Is it correct?
Thanks a lot!
Dear Grace, I think it's due to your effort that you have made improvement. Don't mention it please! I haven't done anything for you. I'm really glad you found Audio Speaking helpful. It's been helpful for me greatly.
Here is the correction: One more thing I have find found practical for blogging is to interact...
