There are not many keys on my keychain.  It says that my way of life is simple. There aren't many doors or locks I need to open, and it also shows that I like my bag lightweight, so I usually leave the keys I don't in use at home.

One of the keys is my steel horse (motorbike) key, which tells that I need it to go to work every day. It's a good partner that is always ready for me no matter how the weather is, taking me to the places I need to be. I really appreciate it.

The other two keys, a pair of remote control gadgets, are my office keys. They reveal that I'm sometimes the first one to go to our office, and the latest one to go home. We have to turn on the alarm system for security when getting off work.

The last one I want to mention is not a key but a macaroon decoration on my keychain, that I made with some polymer clay when I attended a DIY class. This tells that I have a sweet tooth, and reminds me that I should have ice cream or cake to cheer me up once in a while. Those are all what my keys piece together about me.

PS: If you found any sound background behind my voice, it was my cat's "masterpiece". He got out of control when I was recording.  :(

  • @Manik  Thank you. :)

  • vey good graceeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • @Junco,

Very surprise, you bought this mask as souvenir. It's kind of a spin off of motorbike and must have for girls. :D

  • @Tara

lol.. Thanks a million, our dear teacher! I love your challenge, that gave us a very good chance to practice our writing, and thanks for the compliment on my work. I feel bashful.:D

  • Thanks to writers like you, this has been one of the most interesting writing challenges to date! Your keys truly reveal a lot about you! I was not surprised to hear that our hardworking Grace is often the first to arrive and the last to leave her office.

    Tip:

I usually leave the keys I don't in use at home.  OR I usually leave the keys that are not in use at home.

  • @Junco,

2385637617?profile=originalDid I tell you before? Why you know that? lol..  I do wear a mask that can cover my face from nose to neck in order to defeat UV rays just like the photo. :P

  • @Moh,

Thank you for sharing your experience of your keys. I think it's kind of a happiness and joyful moment to be opened the door as you come home. You know warmly there are always someone who can open the door for you. :)

Your father might think you were too young to have one at age 15 only. Here our law allows you to get licence of light one at age 16.

  • @ Galina,

2385636201?profile=originalYeah, you understood well about our life style here. Since we are small island, it's convenient to ride bike or motorbike for going to places where are not too far. In Russia, Harley Davidson, for example, may be more popular and suitable for big  continental, right?

Here I took a photo of my motorbike, but not me on it. :D

My face is turning red thanks to your praise. Big thank you to you, my dear friend.

  • @ Zahra,

Glad to know you also have sweet tooth. :D   I also like and enjoy your story, that says you are beloved of your family, being embraced by a strong connection with them. You did a good job. I was touched.

I like my work more than the workplace, I guess, but I have a group of nice colleagues cooperating with me. So, they may be a reason why I don't wanna go home early. lol...

  • Wow! Grace, what a simple but nice description of your personality through your keychain. The most fascinating thing to learn about you was mentioning the motorbike. Wow! Grace, it's so great that you can ride a motorbike! I think in Taiwan a lot of peole use bikes and motorbikes to go to work and other places ,but in Russia only few. I like it and I try to imagine you riding a bike. Do you have a photo of yourself on motorbike?

But when you mentioned that you're the first person who comes to the office and the last one who leaves it, it wasn't a surprise to me. I've already understood that you're a very responsible and hard-working person. I'm always surprised how you manage to combine your work and active participation on EC.

It's nice to know that you have a sweet tooth. We need sweet food just to boost our energy.

Thank you, Grace, for telling us such interesting facts about yourself. Your voice recording is very good, too.

And I like the brighteness of your keychain, so colourful......
