    sasuke not enough money.. so he have to used that rope..  he supposed to have more money than naruto.. he is the orichimaru people.. but then again.. orichimaru live in the cave.. so he must be more poorer .. hehehe

    two opposites

    Explanation - one have got his pants shrink at wash. Other have got his grandpa's large pants died up with anchor rope. ...It must be really uncomfortable to have such big rope died around your body.
