  • Interesting posting!
Learners usually chat in the chatroom to improve their spoken English. I wish I could find more time to chat with them.
Yes, we really need to find a suitable topic to chat about.
  • English is known as an international language. I think if we know english, we can have friends everywhere. Using chat rooms for learning English is an interesting way. Let's think about the difference between learning english by yourself and chatting in a chat room. I find it enjoyable to chat with many people from different countries, tell them about my life and know about their one.
I'm happy to have more and more friends and I think it'll help me in learning english at school, too.
But sometimes I can't find avilable words to talk what I think 'cause my english is very bad. So I need your help ^ ^
    Thank you!

  • Dear Nadira,
Thanks for encouraging me to chat so as to enhance one's own proficiency of English. It's good to have good friends who motivate one another for good things, isn't it?
  • Hi Nadira,
I agree with you that chatting is very useful for English learners.
On the first days of my being in here I visited the chat, but topics were all the same, and it was boring. Though everyone sees the benefits and nice moments presented to us by the chat room. Thanks for interesting coversation!

  • Hi Nadira,
You have said exactly what I recommend language learners to do. I got your message on my smart-phone and could read all comments but my comments would never send. They just stayed there when I hit add comment. Please know that I made several replies saying how good and appropriate your topic was. I can tell you are a good teacher and are doing what I try to do--engage the students so they are motivated. Congratulations on your great blog.
  • Thanks for posting this Nadira. Practising English via "chat" is very similar to actually talking informally. It really helps to have a topic after the small talk is over. If you ever run out of topics you can always check out Talking Point. What concerns do chatters have?
  • Nebia
Yes dear Nebia once we make contacts through chat room,we get the id of our friends for voice chat as a learning partner.
