There was a king named Mahmoud Gadnavi, who loved his servant, Ayaz so much and preferred him to all other dignitaries while making decision which had aroused jealousy in them. Accordingly, a minister who felt proud of being more knowledgeable than any other dignitaries, stood and with the permission of the king asked the reason of such preference and over- importance he gave to his poor servant. In order to respond to his query, The king ordered to bring a beautiful vase embellished with golds and diamonds.
When the vase which beautifully decorated with ornaments was presented before the king. The king, then, ordered the minister, who complained to him about his discriminative attitude, to break it. The minister, having looked at diamonds and golds, refused to do so, rather began soliciting the permission of having it at his own home. The king took it back from him and ordered to fetch Ayaz, who was busy in the field, which was far away from the palace
As soon as Ayaz received the king's order, began rushing to the palace. He presented himself before the king with humility and asked "what order is for me, my Lord?" The king ordered him to break that beautiful vase. Ayaz, at once, threw it on the floor and thus it was broken into many pieces. The king asked Ayaz, who was the poorest among them, "why did you break it?" The loyal servant told him "my Lord, I can break thousand vases alike, but can not break your heart by disobeying your order." The king, then, turned to the minister and said "now you might have learned something from this poor servant, who needed it more than you could beg it from me, yet broke it. I, therefore, love him more than you all."
Moral: obedience is the best competency. The best relation a servant can build up with his lord is by obeying him sincerely rather than seeking the lame excuses of disobedience or offering senseless arguments in executing orders of lord. As no one likes disobedient servants.

You're welcome, having you felt amused.. :)
Do you think the king of my blog forced the Minister to break the vase? . What did the king do when the minister disobeyed his order? He was the king, could kill him or punish him, yet he did not do so. He wanted him to learn the lesson of obedience, sincerity, and loyalty from the poor servant, Ayaz in a peaceful way. See! how wisely he made him feel ashamed of his stupid question :)
Don't need to answer those two questions I asked above, but try to comprehend the greatness and wisdom of him.
PS: love, sincerity and loyalty is not taught by force or compulsion.
Of course obedient servant. Arrogant minister only notice themselves.
But the King should be smart, open minded, and strong (with any threat and compulsion).
Btw, you often answer by question back my question..huh..
Tell me who is the wise, right, and the awesome King or President right now? I'm hopeless about that... :((
You can say that again! Sir
There is dire need to develop a sense of duty, responsibility and conformity with rule and discipline which is, in fact, in the best interest of them, themselves. Resultantly, constant incompliance to the order of the master they may not lose a great opportunity but a favour of their lord also.
Thank you so much for leaving your comments.
Great blog! :)
Great job!
It seems nowadays the young don't think it's a good idea to obey. They should learn the lesson from this story.
