In this post my friends, i want to share with you an historical sienctist biography. So i have singled out a person who added to Islamic jurisprudence, philosophy , and astromony a quantum leap which discriminated his era .
The Araban sienctist Ibn Walid Mohamed Ibn Ahmed Ibn Mohamed Ibn Rochd was born at Cordoba in 1126 , he was a judge, a doctor, philosopher, jurisprudent , and physicist. Ibn Rochd growed in a famous family in Andalusia, this great person contrubited by many sientific theories , phylosophical ones in a side , and physical theories in other side, in addition to his perspictives of ethical method ; i will deepen in his perspective and insights that characterized him, i’m going to mention some whiffs of them.
Foremost, i will launch from Ibn Rochd philosophy. As an Islamic thinker, Ibn Rochd focused on the relationship which links the islamic ideology and phylosophical porpuse ; he considered the knowledge as a joint goal between islam and phylosophy , but he lined up this knowledge to two parts ; absolute knowledge that derived from divine revelation, represented by Islamic perspective and legislations, and knowledge relative which is appeared in phylosophical thinking and method that based on individual efforts .
Secondly, Ibn Roch was fond of discover the secret of broad sky and stars since his childhood, and when he accomplished the age of twenty-five, he started to immerse in astronomy sience, so he mused in Morocco sky at his city Marrakish that through it he submitted to the world astronomical discovers and feedbacks . Moreover, Ibn Rochd got wind of new star which ancient astronomers were incapacitated to discover it previously.
Thirdly, Ibn Rochd was a multi-majors, then his aspires did not stop in philosophy and astronomy, but it overstept into ethical method , so he depicted his opinions about ethics launching from Aristotle and Plato schools, that he agreed with Plato of the fourth essential virtues (justice, wisedom, brave, and chastity) nevertheless his interupted view in some details of these virtues. In addition, Ibn Rochd insisted on the moral and ethical education and its rule to make a good generations arise their comunities as well as presisted the women play of depict the traits of next generations , and he identified the social rule of women in bearing, bringing up , and especially plant the good ethics and virtues innerly amind children and youth.
Fourthly, Ibn rochd summarized and explained many of Plato’s books beside he wrote alot of books of medicine , physics , philosophy and so on that are sorted to four categories ; annotations and works of philosophical and practical, Annotations and works of medical, books doctrinal and verbal, and books literary and linguitic. And i will mention some his books:

- Book “ Tahafot Tahafot”.
- Book “ issues” in wisedom.
- Book “ The collection” In sienctist different schools.

And Finally not least, This thinker and philosopher faced in last moments in his life several of delimmas and incured to many strikes beside the sienctists and opponents accused him by infidelity which pushed Abi yacoub youzuf Khalifa of Mowahidin to send Ibn Rochd away to Marakesh where he would complete last days until he died in 1198.

Fantastic blog about Ibn Rochd(in my country we call him Ibn rushd), Mohyie.
Ibn Rochd can indeed be regarded as one of the most influential Islamic religious philosophers who successfully integrated Islamic and Greek thoughts.
There was an era when Muslims scientists bloomed and they deserved that their name be written in golden words. There was a time when books written by them had been taught in western universities. Unfortunately those times are gone and we can read about such wonderful people only in the history books. We don't have any great scientists now. And I believe that this is most crucial thing due to which Muslims are most suffering people in today's world. And all this is our own fault.
It is very nice of you that you chose to introduce a shining star of our memorable history to the world. He is one of those people whom we were, we are and we will be proud of.
Thanks a lot for such an informative and interesting blog. I read about him in history books in school and college but I had forgotten many things by now. Your blog refreshed my memory.
