in the last time of my campus life,i want to say more,but i don't kown how to express myself.i want to work,i also want to have more time in school.i took the college entrance examination four years ago,i came to DMU.I didn't think i failed.but now,although i get one job in SINOPEC,which is one of the biggest energy corporation in the world,i have low pay compared with my classmates.i think that i fail this time according my ability.i don't know what will happen,i don't know where i am gonna go

two months ago i left my work in a small company and i joined to work in a big one but actually i discovered that i had made the most wrong decision in my life by leaving my small company although the big company has many advantages and more money and more stability but in the old one has a good environment , i like my old team i like my manager i like my company i utilize my skills but in the new one i am not utilizing my skills ,............ although they give me a good salary
so finally make a plan to improve your skills and list all the advantages of the company and stick to the plan and you will move to the best position but don't move from one company to another for only money
Dont lose hope young man. Just because your friends more than what you earn doesnt mean that they are better than you.
