Frustration is a type of feeble articulation of anger when the intended goal is not fulfilled. We may suffer frustration when the expected results don’t come about. Also it might be the consequences of being failure to meet the challenges.
There are number of things that can push us to the level of frustration. The grounds of our being frustrated can be credited to outer forces upon which we do not have any control. It can be activated by a simple situation. For example, a device is not working, or even waiting in a doctor's chamber. The most destructive side of frustration is that it prevents us from being motivated.
Like all men on this earth I also suffer frustration. I fight off frustration in two ways. I can either react by attempting to remove the cause of frustration, or simply abandon the idea of being frustrated.
How I Fight Frustration
No matter what the cause is, I respond to frustrations differently in different situation. It is quite usual for us to be frustrated once in a while or frequently. It is how we react to this situation is important. Will you strive to discover a way out, or will you simply give in, depends upon your mental set up and intelligence. The worst of all is to behave aggressively towards the people or the situations that are responsible for the cause of the problem. Or, to behave rudely with people unrelated to your problem. But, for every trouble or difficulty that we encounter, there is way to conquer.

Very good tips you have mentioned to overcome from frustration. I think when frustration comes just to say Let's go........, Let's go......... The easiest way to overcome from frustration is to meditate regularly.
