Try to not focus on what you don't have, thinking about what you already have and your merits are. You will like yourself more than you think. Allow yourself to be not perfect at times is also way of releasing your upset. Cheer up!
I don't quite understand. But if I felt like not my self, then I should first find out why I don't feel like my self, then I could think what to do next.
