What Time Is It In My Body?

I bet all you readers have experienced such feelings:"You are tired and not in the mood of doing anything all day long without any special reason or even are interested to waste time doing nothing for one or more days".It's interested that after someday these feelings disappears by its own and again without any special cure or counseling.Or:"You feel today nothing is going on as you wish.So you are disappointed and feel bad-luck."OR:"Today you woke up in the morning and seem to be very bright and energetic and plan to complete your left works all together today.". Have you ever think about this, that why there are all these differences between our moods every day?Why do we change everyday and we are unable to prevent?
It is proved by some researches that there is a biological clock in our brain that its the most important task is controlling sleep-wake cycle. There are many other rhythms controlled by this clack. All these feelings fallow a regular schedule as well.We even can predict some of them. For instance I know some one that can predict those nights that he gets insomnia and plans for that nights before.Nonetheless most of these rhythms fallow an unintelligible schedule that you can't determine it.
This biological timer does all these tasks by controlling some glands' secreting special hormones or controlling other rhythms including blood pressure and body temperatures and so on that can affect on our feeling and behavior. So this timer makes us feel bored or bad luck or very energetic. It's interesting.Isn't it?In other word this timer determines what time we are;-) Even some researchers believe that this timer is associated with differences of people's characters who have been borne in different parts of a year like months or seasons.Because this timer determines that at what time a baby should start to live and this affects on his\her personality. It seems Chinese or Indian astronomy is not that unmeaning:-)
After all however we cannot predict our body time, at least we can know what's going on in our body that we have different moods and change our mind about events happening around us.So we will be able to cope with them better than before...
