We had an interesting discussion at the University today...The topic of our lesson was "Crime and Punishment".The teacher asked us a question " What do you think of a death penalty?"...and there it all began...a great fight....such a variety of views...so many passion during this discussion, I could never have thought it would arise so much emotions in every body...by the end of the lesson it was clear that our class separated into 2 groups : "for" and "against"...the argument was very hectic..lots of opinions lots of remarks and proofs...And I'm curious to know what do you think about a death penalty, is it abolished in your country or is it still practised???
Sometimes murderers don't change after being in a prison and they want to come back there, cause society don't accept them, so they are sure to commit another crime, but of course we don't have the right to take their lives.
Yes, I think so too but it's still controversial, some of my friends think quite the opposite, that's why I was curious to know what people think about it...
Death penalty is abolished in my country. And I think that it is right. Why? Because of our judicial system. Police's inspectors don't want to know who is a real criminal. They just want to end the case as quick as it is possible.
I think so too logan, so many comments can be given, so many controversial poits of views, it's interesting cause many people think that death penalty must be applied.
