What is your favorite dish?

My fellow Women EC members!
I ask you to tell about your favorite dish,or the one you cook often.

The idea of putting this question up came to me during I was preparing the meal for today.
I was wondering, what other women might prepare for dinner or lunch for their families at the other parts of the globe.

You can add here your favorite dish, and the recipe of it,with the method how it is prepared. It can be an easy one,or the food your family prefers.
It'll be interesting to share meals of other cultures with each other.
P.s:If you are a man,and you can explain how your favorite food is made(by your wife,or yourself),don't hesitate to put down here, please
Everybody is welcome!....

  • Gunawan: Your English is excellent. You never need to apologize for your level of English here. And like Monika said, communication is the most important part. It was easy to understand your description. Thanks!
  • My husband does most of the cooking. He made lettuce wraps the other night with ground turkey, crispy noodles, and sweet Thai chili sauce. We wrapped them in kale and topped them with sesame seeds. Yum.
This is my favourite dessert recipe: http://edition.englishclub.com/esl-magazine/piece-of-cake/
