reading aloud to yourself is also useful.....
i do almost all the things mentioned above, but while reading anything i am TAKING NOTES, to keep all i need in my mind to be able to use it later...
I read lot in internet and books. This helps me to learn new words and to remember grammar rules what I learned . I watch English movies with subtitles.I learn grammar not much.
