Why do we do it?
Somebody told you Meditation is very beneficial and you started doing it?
But after one or two days you find it boring or find you are forcing yourself into it and you stopped?
One day you saw a wonderful Meditation video and you started doing that? You feel relaxed then after few days you stopped the process.
You felt Meditation is something to do with your problems and tensions, you felt you make yourself peaceful and you started doing it.
One day you saw a link on Google you were curious to know about it?

I read a book on '8 minutes meditation'. I will share it with you!! It's for the age group who are above 60, in my view!!
I like meditation, it somehow brings on peace to your mind, it helps me if I'm so anxious!
