These are what this English beggar has learnt this morning. 【I am not sure if I have digested them, but they are already in my stomach though, grinning!】 Now let me share them with you.
Double Entendres
Briefly speaking, when something has a double meaning. One obvious, one less obvious. No not all have surface and hidden meanings though; just two possible varying meanings.
Teacher's Example: 1. Children make nutritious snacks. Two meanings in it, one unintended. Children create some snacks which are nutritious; if you want a good snack eat a child.
2. Miners refuse to work after death. Surface meaning is "After someone died at the mines, the other miners would not return to work"; the hidden meaning is "how could they work after they are dead?"
Now let me have a try, here goes my example: What weather does Mickey dislike most? Of course when it rains cats and dogs. [the first meaning is, mickey mouse is afraid of cats; the hidden meaning is Mickey, me, the girl who is writing this blog doesnt like rainy days, let alone heave rains.]

Puns
A pun is an intentionally play on word, usually puns are used to joke but not always. It is a form of word play which suggests two or more meanings, by exploiting multiple meanings of words, or of similar-sounding words, for an intended homorous or rhetorical effect.
Teacher's Example: 1. Who knew the answer? Tim New
2. Allergy season is in full bloom.
3. Good wine does not make people whine.
My Example: 1. I can't bear a bear.
2. Waiter, will the pancakes be long? No, sir. Round.

Innuendo
Innuendo is to suggest something without saying it. when you imply or suggest something bit don't say it directly.
Teacher's Example: Be sure and check your wallet when Mike's around. [It implies Mike may be a pickpocket]
My Example: When I mention the moon, It means I miss my home.
Ok, that's all! But still I have a question to ask: What is the difference bewteen double entendres and puns?
Last but not least, thanks!
