It is said that walking is one of the best form of physical exercise in the world. Since the day before yesterday, I have tried it. Now I walk for some kilometers a day. At the finish of walking each time, I perspire mildly and feel very comfortable without any tiredness. Enough exercise every day is really necessary for one to keep fit and remain positively energetic. With the passage of time, I am sure that I will become healthier and healthier and will feel better and better with myself.

Usually I walk to work (I'm late often, so it's a fast walk... I like to think that's even a better exercise hahaha) And I also love to lose myself hiking in the trails of nearby woods :)
