Walk and do some exercises.

A few months ago I felt nearly severe pain in my back! I had pain in my foot too. I saw four doctors, they gave me pain killers, vitamins  and suggested me not to do any exercise until I get relief from the pain. I followed their suggestions but took less painkillers. Actually they also told me to try to take less painkillers when I could bear the pain and I tried my level best!

Now I am okay, at least I think so. But, if I sit for long hours I still feel discomfort, I feel it pains a little. So, I have  to do something to feel better and I want to share them with you!

1. I try not to sit for long. In reality I take a break every after 30/40 minutes and I  walk for 5 minutes.

2. I do not bother what my boss, colleagues, juniors will think about me! If someone ask (though in the mean time many of then know the reason) I smile and tell them the fact and I also suggest them not to sit  for rather long.

3. Now I am concerned to sit properly  and follow the doctors' advise. I have checked my sitting arrangement too, I mean the height of my chair and table.

4. I eat less carbohydrate, eat more fish and fruits, I bring home made food at my work place. I drink milk and eat one egg everyday.

5. I am trying to keep my weight as per my height.

6. I Stood up, move my body right and left ( slightly not too hard) from time to time.

Please, remember when you have pain you should not do any exercise, instead you need medicine and proper rest. Take care!

  • @ Josef Sir! Thanks a lot for the explanation, now I get what is man made food...but I am sure you must laughed a lot after reading my question....but, honestly speaking I really did not understand what was man made food. So, thanks a lot!

    @ Dear Onee! Here it is a big problem....we are bound to eat food that have intervention from man.

  • Yup, the eggs nowadays are mostly from the chickens which get fed chemicals. :)

    But what is it....food made by man, does it mean fast food?

    Food made by Man is food NOT made 100% by Nature.

    An egg, a banana, a fish...they are made by Nature. But they must have no intervention by Man. The egg must come from chickens that eat real grass and don't get fed chemicals. The banana must come from a tree that doesn't get sprayed with pesticides etc. The fish must come from the sea or river and not from a fish farm where fish are kept in crowded conditions and given chemicals to eat.

    Biscuits, cakes, ice-cream, sausages, burgers, sugar, tomato sauce...they are made by Man. Anything that is packaged and/or has a list of ingredients is made by Man or has intervention from Man and is therefore junk. That does of course include fast food.

    @ Onee, I like to know you are conscious about your and others health related issue, okay I must ask my doctor about it. I like both vege and animal product though I try to eat more vege than animal protein.

    Yes. First time, I know that from my friend, after consulting to the doctor. Then, from the brochure I read in the hospital, from my another uncle's friend who knew it from some doctors. The last, from a TV program. They said it is better to consume eggs no more than 3 per week.

    I'm sorry, I don't remember further about it. D Please find some more information about that. ^^

    To me, eating less animal protein is preferable for any healthy cases. We still need them, though.

    I like learning about health. Now I'm reading 'Enzim' by Hiromi Sinya. I don't mean to worry about health, I think we should only be wise for our health and keep positive (happy). ^_^

  • Dear, Onee! Only three eggs in a week? Dear, I eat one egg everyday, is it harmful? But, I feel good eating an egg everyday and I do not have high blood pressure or colostorel related problem. But, if you still have something to say, please tell me, okay? Hum...we should drink adequate water and fresh fruits too, thanks for reminding us! take care!

  • Valo Bet! Walking keeps good and sharp sight. According to my friend, Dr. Waleed. He explained that when you walk your eyes look at many directions. That is good for the muscles of the eye. Thanks, Bet for giving us useful tips.

    Long ago, I also heard from healthy expert that we could consume three eggs at maximum for each week.

    You have shared the great and proper tips! Those are also my habit nowadays. Don't forget to drink enough water. That also help us ageless. ^^
