There is an issue for many peoples about money and time management. I just finished the construction of my new house and at the end i learned how to manage the time and money by dealing the peoples from different fields. During the house construction you have to deal with many peoples simultaneously such as builders, painters, plumbers, labors, etc. Firstly, you have to manage time in a way that you can have look to all of them during the day. Secondly, You have to communicate with everyone in a way that they start realizing you know about this work and also know how much time need to get this done. Third, money management, sometime workers demands more money than their work. So while construction you have to manage the money and keep them engage with their work for long time. In short, if you are poor with time and money management you should experience the construction work.

Aamish, aap nahi bola, aap engineer, lekin abi, main samjgiya. By the way, the more workers you add to a certain task the less the time they consume. In certain stages, you can let two or three tasks go together. For instance, after the plastering, the electrician and the tile man can work together at the same time.
