WOW.... should I get any dish so finely arranged I woldn't dare touch it in fear to uspet the perfect layout..... ;-)....btw....I just love to eat, so everything looks so immaculate and delicious.
The things looks white are noodle and grated radish. Try and eat it!
I take noodles with a spoon, don't know how to get slick noodles to mouth with those sticks you have kept here.
Taking noodles with a spoon is more difficult rather than with chopsticks. :-0
