Some say that achieving is a lot easier than maintaining, personally i agree with that..
Because most of time when we are willing to achieve something we would work hard, 24/7, give all of our best and keep saying NO to stop.
but once we have reached the top of our goal, all of a sudden we feel like we deserve it. After all the hard work, after all the sweats, after all the time that we have spent reaching it...we start to forget that achieving also needs to be maintained.
when we start to ignore the obligation of maintaining, the shiny trophy that we have in our hand started to dusty...and might rusty too, by then we start to ignore it....and lost the excitement of having it.
Now...please share your opinion about how important it is to maintain what we have achieve, do we really need to maintain it? or just let the trophy stand nicely on your shelf?
*just for fun, no stress involved please :)

Hi Kayela, thanks for stopping by... and for ur comment
In short, when you already achieved what you wanted to achieve, you should gird yourself with the shield of strong self-discipline. A kind of discipline that will help you stay at your peak. A good machine is maintained by fueling it. And so we are!
Very good topic, Jade!
For the correction:
