Today I found a funny tag in Twitter that was trending topic: #ThingsILearnedfromCartoons and it made me think about all these cool crazy things that are just possible in an animated world.
Here are some replies I've read there that I can relate too (I added a couple of my own as well)
THINGS I LEARNED FROM CARTOONS:
1. Sarcasm. How could I live without it?!! :P
2. Physics and logic mean nothing.
(Pink Panther, my master of nonsense! ^_^)
3. Monsters are just greedy humans in masks.
4. You can fly if you have the right outfit.
5. Where there's a will, there's a way.
6. Facial expressions says a lot about your thoughts... :P
7. Spinach are good (but 'good' is not about the taste)
8. Everyone has bad days.
9. Life's too short for pants.
And last but not least:
10. Anything is possible!!!! ^_^
Yeah, okay... I can feel how are you looking at this now...
But now, the million dollar question!! (I bet you can guess it):
What did you learn from cartoons???
I'm also curious about your favorite cartoons or/and the ones you used to watch when you were a kid... or in your adulthood! ;)
Thanks for dropping by!

Naturally. By the way,
Awww Ralphie! so adorably weird :D
I've lost the count of how many times I've said some of his more popular quotes. This is probably the one I've said more often:
Risty, yeah! I remember that word now! "Otaku" = Crazy anime fans ^_^
Yeap you are! :D
A7, I knew this cartoon but I think I have never watched it, and I just realized that you're right about the middle finger hands! hhahaha how cool!! (and useful) XD
I was checking now if this cartoon was related to Ren & Stimpy, 'cause the style reminded me of that, but I've seen it's a diff production. Anyway, I love the crazy nonsense (and a bit dark too) humour of this kind of cartoons! :)
Thanks a lot for dropping by and adding more cartoons! ^_^
You forgot Courage the Cowardly Dog. It taught me to speak correctly:"The turkey from Albuquerque is positively perky". Plus, his paws were shaped as if he's givin' us the finger. How 'bout that?
Hey guys!
I wasn't sure if this topic could be interesting, but I'm glad to see that lot of you love cartoons or have nice memories of the ones you watched on your childhood. Thanks for sharing your memories here ^_^
EmAN, you said "as a child I did not watch many cartoons I was more interested in playing outdoor", well one thing doesn't have to go against the other I think. I liked to play outside when I was a kid, but I also loved to watch cartoons on saturday morning.
Anyway, good thing that at the end, you had time to watch these old good classic cartoons you mention. Thanks for sharing!
Risty, Our biggest anime fan!! :D I'm really happy to see you like this topic so much! ^_^
Okay, here I've to say that I need you to give me lessons about anime! :S I think I've heard about 'Sailor Moon' before, but I don't know the rest you mention... I admit I'm not really into this kind of genre, but I'm always open to learn about it and I like to read you talkin' so keenly :)
Anyway, I'm curious about some things you mention. Like that Prince Cedie (Who is his hairdresser? I hope he's in prison! haha) And you also made me laugh with your comment about not to need a former education to be a pilot (isn't that great?!), the third eye surgery, and that erotic scenes in cartoons "pollute your baby mind" hahaha... yeah, okay :D
About your last point, I don't know but probably you're right XD But honestly, I usually find them all with a very similar look/face... It's kind of disturbing for me :/
Thanks a lot for this priceless 'anime lesson', I enjoyed reading you... But I'm afraid still i don't get anything about this genre! I'd need more lessons! :D
Hello tam, thanks for dropping by ^_^
Oh Doraemon, the cosmic cat! Of course I know him... and I also dreamt about having a cat like that!! haha... I also had lot of fun watching Shin-chan (this cartoon was a lil later than Doraemon, I think). Shin-Chan taught me that 'mooning' can be a great skill! XD
AG, cool comment but... you forgot to mention the name of that cartoon! :P
The style reminds me of other Japanese anime like "Heidi" and "3000 Leagues in Search of Mother."
Btw that guy has really awesome toes :/
Thanks a lot for sharing!
Hello moonlight, you said something very important there :) Thanks for reminding us that cartoons can be a very useful and valuable educational tool :))
Thanks MA Chy.
Mishaikh... :/
Rosemary, thanks for your nice words. It's nice you learnt good things with cartoons... Even if sometimes they could be a lil bit 'idealistics'... like that the good guys always prevails ;)
Thanks a lot for your comment and for sharing your cartoons! :)
Luci! hahaha... I couldn't expect from you other kind of cartoons! XD Are you sure you didn't forget 'South Park' too? :D
Thanks for your comment! ^_^
erza, haha yeah! I go along with that! :D
Thanks for your comment! ^_^
Violence!
MARY
That is interesting !
