“Smoking Kids” is a photo project by Frieke Janssechai. The series features children dressed as adults and posed as smokers. It really makes you consider the impact of smoking on children's lives. Personally, I can't stand cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc. The smell of it all! Now imagine a family where a parent or both are smokers. Hooray! You might say, "So what? The kids can fight the urge for smoking." I dunno, maybe you're right. But do they even stand a chance?
PS. I was inspired to post this blog entry the moment I watched a video of a chain-smoking two-year-old. I was horrified. Still am, actually. A freakin' two-year-old. Think about it...
These two have got swag for your nerves though. Dang!

Whenever you see someone who's about to light a new cig from the butt of the last one she's just smoked; stay the hell away from her!

NB. The kids in this photo shoot used cheese and chalk sticks instead of cigarettes, and the smoke was provided by incense sticks. They smell way nicer, don't they?

I always find the smell disgusting and wonder how people can inhale that smoke. Do they not feel bad?! Tobacco and all of its products are one of the worst things ever used by humankind. I always try to stay away from smokers as much as possible. If they don't care about their health I do care. I think all these things should be permanently banned throughout the world.
