First of all we need to check do we really have some good challenges to work for?????
If the answer is yes then we have to make it more fun loving by creating good passion towards our work.
I would love to see your suggestions on how we can make our challenging work interesting????????????

So , first we have to find out whether you personally like the work or not ? and if you like it , you can make it interesting by working a lot on it , with full commitment . for example , say I have to read articles of social importance . then the first step i would do is , I will ask myself " man , do you like it ? " , if yes , then i will proceed , if no , i won't. so that is the first step . and given that i am proceeding , i would start to work in a disciplined manner on that , because discipline sustains the work. and feeling of joy becomes an implicit one in that process.
SO that is my view , i think i am unable to explain it in a clear sense , but thats it.
conclusion : Interest , discipline are keys to inherently make a work joyous.
