"This blog is dedicated to White Helmets of Syria (as they have been known by many all around the world)"
Perhaps all of you are familiar with the catastrophic news coming daily from my country "Syria".. But among all of this mess and tragedies, maybe only some of you have known about the group named "White Helmets of Syria". This group has chosen to work voluntarily as the civil defense in the time of lacking all possibilities to save the lives of civilians who are falling every day by the atrocious bombing of Syrian dictatorial regime in Syria and their allies of Iran and Russia.
This group has been targeted by the criminal regime of Syria that many members of it sacrificed their lives and were killed. But the criminality of the Syrian directorial regime did not stop at this limit. It tried to condemn them and to complain about their work of saving civilians in the united nations. But this group has chosen to go straightforward in their way without paying any attention to the evil-doing of the dictatorial regime nor to the difficulties that they have been facing every day. They just set a goal for their works, and put a motto in their eyes which is a verse quoted from the Holy Quran:
"To save a life.. is to save all humanity"
It's left to mention that the documentary above was created by Orlando von Einsiedel and Joanna Natasega, and won the Oscar for the best short documentary for the year 2017.
Thanks for watching, and Freedom to my county :)

AG, yesterday I read your blog but just today I watched the videos. I didn't know at all about this organization. These people the less that deserve is congratulations. They are REAL HEROES and such people there should be in every place/country whose people need their help.
When I was younger, one day, I thought that I must do something in this world to remember me (lol, youth concerns). Anyway, I think I would like to be like these people, to do the good like they do. But even if I had the chance I don't think I could take such decision. It wants too much courage to do this, so I would choose to help with another way. A year ago, municipality informed us that they will bring in my village refugees from Syria, to live in the old camp. The first thing I thought is to gather food and clothes that I don't use anymore and give them to refugees. I wanted to help them with any way and when I would faced the kids I wanted to hug them. But in the end, they decided to take them to a town. You know, there were people who didn't want them in my village. There are people who pretend they commiserate but in reality they afraid of get illness from them. Such hypocrites! Anyway, I think I strayed from the main topic again :/
God help these persons to be well so to continue help others and I wish this war end soon...
I am also proud to see your comment here.
Sincerely I hope justice will win at last and everything will be OK..
And yes, definitely, that was very well said.. because the life of human should be over every other considerations like religion, color, and race...
Thank you so much for your passing by :)
Believe me I feel so much good when I find friends like you in the surrounding. I feel very proud that I have a friend like you..
God bless you and your family and all people that you love... Thank you so much for this supporting comment :)
Luckily there're always people ready to help unselfishly even in the most unsuspecting places. This reminds me when any natural disaster happens in any corner of the world and I feel like going there as a volunteer but never have had the guts to leave or never been clever enough to manage the situation here to keep on in my absence. Well, this is a different story but I just wanted you to know that you and your compatriots are not alone despite all political problems and so on.
God bless Syria and all syrians who act in good faith.
Thank you for reading and passing by, dear Rosy :)
Dear Rose,
I really appreciate your all words.. Thank you so much for everything.. I really wish that peace will come back again.. we are already torn apart..
It's a nice saying what you quoted by the way.. We same the similar thing in different words.. We say "To bring the bear to your garden"..
Thanks again.. It's always nice to see you around and to read your words..
Dear Peppo,
Really thanks for your kind comment.. Yes, sometimes humanity proves its selfishness unfortunately.. I guess if this was happening to the society of sheep, bears, wolfs... etc. I believe that the society of animal will prove much better collaboration.
Dear AG.
of course I know about the relationship between ISIS and the dictatorial Syrian Regime and I'm aware about the role of Russia and Iran... just for example. I just did not want mention it to you because you know it much better than me. To tell someone something about his country or cultur, and here in this case about the reasons and backrounds of the war always carries the risk to be misunderstood. It sounds then as if we want to teach someone who know it better.
It's very hypocriticall to me that the regime is pretending they want to fight against ISIS and to chase away them.... first have they made them big and now they don't know how to fix the problem.
We have in German a saying: "The spirits which I had called, I cannot get rid of any more. "
I wish from my heart the war will be over soon. People are suffering already too long. So many people are waiting in many different countries for a return to Syria to help to rebuild her homeland and to live there again.
I wish after the war people can life with each other in peace and they are going to be able to forgive each other.
Dear AG,
Thanks for sharing this here. A few of my friends already shared this I am glad I find this here. I am not going to talk anything about politic and regimes. that's the way they are. what I appreciate the most is how modern people deal with all of this. you know, sometimes I am feeling bad and thinking this world gonna end soon. with those barbaric attitudes all around the world whether we know it or not. But humanity proves its worth to stay exist in this blue pale dot. there are so many bloodshed, there will be more. but, we with everything we have now, our heart, our care and our technologies are always ready to save live. we are no longer in the middle age, once a news spread, help will come. Justice will prevail.
Dear Rose,
Thank you a million time for your sincere feelings and sympathy. I appreciate every word so much..
I need only to add one thing on your comment.
Yes, ISIS are the worst people in the world. I hate them too much, and I wish to tear them apart for coming and spoiling my dear country... But please please please.. Never forget their relationship with the dictatorial Syrian Regime..
ISIS was created to cover and bury the equal atrocity of the dictatorial Syrian Regime and to save its face in the world.. Media has been focusing on IS and completely to help rebuilding the esteem of the dictatorial Regime who created them...
Please remember (or maybe you don't know it) that ISIS was nothing when Dictatorial Syrian Regime Forces evacuated the city of Raqqa and many other large military areas in Syria to let them in, and grab the weapons form these military areas.. It becomes very very obvious to us now how ISIS are armed and strengthened by the Syrian Regime each time they become weaker.. Just to defeat the people of Syria by them and to bring back the good image of the dirty dictatorial regime..
Again thank you so much for commenting and passing by.
