Homeworks -_-The Tale of Silver RavenIn the middle century of England, there were two neighboring big kingdoms called Adyss and Chesburg. King Tarrant, the king of Chesburg was a very cruel king and a merciless usurper who attacked many kingdoms and lead them with no kindness. King Bryar, the leader of Kingdom Adyss was completely opposite to King Tarrant. He treated people benevolently and never rule the kingdom arbitrarily.King Tarrant wanted to lead Adyss under his kingdom’s flag. He attacked Adyss with a thousand knights and a hundred war materials unexpectedly. King Bryar couldn’t do too much thing. He ordered his knights to fight back and eventually ordered his son, Prince Owen to save himself.“My son, you must go. Save yourself, the guards will lead you to the Grumsen forest. Now go,” he ordered.“No, father. I will go fight them with you and the other knights!”“You can’t, Prince Owen!”“I will become a king when I’m eighteen next month!” Prince Owen said, his voice was a little louder than before.“You must go! This is an order! You are not allowed to defy your father’s command!”Unable to argue, Prince Owen obeyed his father’s order. He ran as fast as possible to the castle’s gate and entered the cart quickly with couples of sentries to guard him.At the night, Prince Owen and his guards stayed in the forest. Prince Owen was about to sleep when he heard a few metal clinging and a shout.“Run Prince Owen! Run Your Majesty!” it was one of his sentries screaming. Pushing a comforter off his body, Prince Owen immediately got up from his bunk and ran into the forest. The Chesburg’s knights were chasing him. Finally Prince Owen got tired; he fell to the ground on his knees. “Oh, please… somebody please save me…”Then he saw a maiden who strangely had a pair of wings on her back and glow around her stood right in front of him. She didn’t stand on the ground, she flew. Her gown was white and there was a wand wrapped by her slim fingers of her right hand. She smiled to Prince Owen. With no word, she moved her wand and Prince Owen was surrounded by white glow. He changed into a beautiful raven which strangely had silver feathers. Then the fairy gone in the dark. The next day, there was a woodman who wandered in Grumsen forest, looking for some trees to cut. His eyes caught something shiny on atree.“A silver raven!” he exclaimed. The raven was perched on a tree’s branch, eating a dead squirrel. When it heard a voice, it immediately flew to the woodman’s shoulder.“Whoa! Looks like you’re not as feral as usual ravens. Well, I’ll keep you, then. Oh, and by the way, I’m Gordon.” He chuckled, stroked the raven’s feather and walked back to his hut. After putting the raven in his hut, Gordon wandered back to the forest. He cut a few trees and carried them back to his hut to cut them into smaller pieces. He finished his workings at noon. When he was going to cut the woods, he found the woods he collected yesterday were nicely carved.“Who was kindly did this?” he asked himself quizzically. He shrugged, and then brought the carved woods to a carpenter’s workshop to sell them.Every day after that strange day the same thing happened. Gordon still questioned it.One day, he ate biscuits and gravy as lunch, and the raven ate a few pieces of pork Gordon gave as usual. “I must go find out what is the actually happening here,” he thoughtThe next day, Gordon pretended to went to the forest. He sneaked to take a peek through his hut’s window to see who was kindly did his tiring job. And he didn’t need to wait so long to know it. The raven he kept had white glow around it and it changed into a very handsome tall muscular brunette man who dressed in nice clothes. Gordon’s mouth gapped in shock. The brunette man who formerly a raven shook his head in discomfort and a few silver feathers fell down of his head. Then the man walked out of Gordon’s hut towards the backyard.Gordon watched as the mysterious man took an axe and started cutting the woods he collected yesterday. He couldn’t believe the sight. He encourage himself to walk to the brunette and convince himself the brunette wasn’t an enemy.“Who are you?”The brunette jerked in shock, he turned his head and stared at Gordon behind his beautiful bronze colored eyes. “I’m—I’m Owen.” Gordon frowned.“Wait, I know you.” Gordon thought for a while, and then he remembered and looked at the brunette. His eyes went wide. “Prince Owen? Y—Your Majesty?”Prince Owen bit his lip, nodded slowly as he putted back the axe he held. Gordon kneeled immediately to the brunette prince.“Your Majesty, forgive my presumptions.”“No, get up.” Gordon obeyed the soft order and Prince Owen smiled.“Thank you to save my life. I might have died if you didn’t keep me.”“Yes, you’re welcome, Your Majesty.” Prince Owen smiled warmly, took the axe and began to cut the woods again.“No! Your Majesty, you don’t need to.”“At least I need to help you after… you fed me. Let me do this.” Then Gordon let him.“Pardon me Your Majesty. But how did you… morphed and ended up in the forest?”Prince Owen stopped cutting. He looked at Gordon for a brief second.“I’ll tell you. It’s a long story and I guess you won’t believe it.”Then Prince Owen told Gordon everything, about the attack, the order of his father, the fairy, everything. Then he helped Gordon bringing the woods to the carpenter’s workshop. The carpenter was also esteemed him.A few weeks passed. One day Gordon took Prince Owen to the market to buy some things.
