This bit of butter was better.Betty mixed the better bit of butter with the bitter bit of butterin order to make the bitter bit of butter better. The Butter now would taste better or bitter? What do you think? To the memory of Mr BOULAMCHAGHEL, my first English teacher

Hi Teacher Bill and thank you for caring,
You are right, my Teacher Boulmchaghel used to teach us using this method. His course was too much fun and learning. I learned this story from him. I remember also a famous sentence of his: " When you meet a miss, do not miss a kiss."
I wish he rests in peace and ALLAH bless his soul.
Regards Teacher
This is a great tongue twister. I have used it with my students among many other tongue twisters. We use these to help students exercise their tongues, lips, voice, mouth and other speech organs so you can pronounce our terrible sounds in English. A lot of learning to pronounce English is to learn to use your speech organs in different ways. By the way, I think Betty finally found better butter in the end.
