It is a well-known fact that woman played a key role throughout the history to support man in all major activities involved in the existence. In the case of the reproduction and childcare, the role of woman cannot be compensated for anything else; there is no yardstick in the world to quantify her service as far as the reproduction and childcare is taken into consideration. If analyzed the home realities, she is the manager of multitasking because, to be honest, compared to man, woman seems to manage the home settings systematically under any difficult circumstances without putting the blame to someone else.  

I was grown up in an Asian country, and the role of woman in my culture is apparently not recognized with due care and attention. However, compared to other Asian countries, there is a good freedom in my country for women to live in a society relatively free from many harassments against women. The first woman president was introduced to this world by people of my country, so it is possible to realize that there is a relatively different setting in our society. It is believed that woman is soft and sensitive compared to man; this fact could be challenged/contradicted with the behavior of some women, but as a general rule, many agree with this point. If a woman plays a different role as a leader or a frontrunner for a group of people rather than considering the majority, then she is a woman in appearance but mannish in action. I’m referring to women beyond this category because the genuine woman has a big role to play beyond her home premises; but it is unfortunate for us that in the male-dominance world, the role of woman is restricted to a small area by other visible as well as invisible forces that are used by powerful groups to rule the countries. There is a huge vacuum in the world to fill with people of sensitive mindset, so this space could be filled with genuine women by giving them a chance to come forward. In this context, it is a historical necessity to give more opportunities for women to come forward and join with politics, education, sports, administration, planning and so forth.
