sometimes,
we should be to spent a little time to considering how to mantain a nice type of relationship with our fellows. anyone work task or mission will be involve in at least one or several peoples,as well as might be more participants.we are not sigle hero like films made in. we are living communities,schools,groups, anyway, all of these organizations consist of many individuals as well.
but, people are critical factors in all these individual, that's why its so critical to learned how to communicate with others, how to cooperate with your fellows...espically you need to achieve targets through team work.
for instance, your team member who work hard day-to-day also with high performance but always be late most of duty. how to talking with she/he? have you experienced this that several conflict points appears in your mind when you pluck up your courage to talking with she/he?
one point, you have to responsible for tell your member to do right things.
second point, whether your member will be unhappy cause of you point out her/his bad habits, then making a big effect in her/his work perfermance?
third point, base on your experience which would be becaming worse if you let it go like these type of things and impact to other team members, so you should be stand up and ceasing this right now.
so, what and how shall we do?
