the pressure at school!

Today is terrible! when I at school : i don't have any friends, or somebody care of me . I always feel shy , lonely and  I don't know the reason how i have that feeling . I sared of anything around my life not only the people who study with but also the teacher , they are so strick . I afraid with outdoor activities because the teacher told me that i must do what he wants or i will get 0 point . Hazzi ! the school study a lots and it makes me feel pressure all the time because of the grade!

  •  You need to do something enjoyable to build self-confidence and new friendship for example getting involved in sport activties such as futsal, badminton etc. Doing sport will make you relaxed and help release happy hormon. You will know more people as well.

  • Also Make freinds here on this site and converse with them.  This will help you build your confidence.

  • First thing you have to do is to build confidence in yourself.  What others thinks about you, do not care.  Then follow Rosemary's advices.

  •      Just take things easy  :) and try to study alot  the system of gaining grade is there to evaluate  you only and it's a good tool for  enthusiasm  . There are some educational  systems  without  grades  or tests  but they have proofed  a total  failure   . You should  know that strick teachers  care for you , because they want you to study  . Try to make friends and be initiative  . This is the first and simplest  life challenges  you are encountering  now  . Don't let anything  stop you because  you will regret  it later on  . Studying can make a better future  for you  .
