1. I want anyone from English club members on how does this film affects the group & your leadership?

2. Do you have any experience of manipulative leader?

3. How do we relate English Clubbers here?

Every words we create can hurt, or express our emotions it can be a form of music and how lovely to hear voice in chorus with different sounds. It's like in our club, there are so many members from different countries and the way we go with the flow is the most important thing to do.

ACTIVITY 3: CREATE A REFLECTION PAPER HOW DID YOU MANAGE LEADERSHIP TO GROUP COMPETITIONS TO REIGN IN ANY TASK YOU HAD IN CLASS?

What lessons have you learned aside from enjoying college or high school days in the campus? Do you enjoy a literary groups, or other expensive socialization? Are you proud being yourself? Have you forgiven yourself from the wrong things you've done and how did you overcome failures?

This kind of activity is my example of teaching. This is Reflective and a way to form their thoughts by relating themselves to the new generations.

This is my example Reflections:

I learned that being a leader must not be selfish. You must listen to others and learn how to value others point of view. The film shows the importance of team work, camarederie as well as the individual differences. In my country here in the Philipines we value democracy and a freedom of speech. We are not under Marcial law or an authocratic though , 1970's administrations has a great impact in democratic rules. American teaches us on how to value democracy and a excercise suffrage or a freedom to vote.

2. I also experienced being manipulated by a leader, one is the company I am working for some were my family, however I am still the one to decide the right. No matter how bad is the experiences I had, I manage to create my own character. Like in the films you have your voice and your voice must be heard, no racial discriminations regardless of gender.

3. English Club is like on the film, Tara & other members excercise freedom however there's a limitation. We were all from different countries and the more we post our different voices through writings we have different colors that blooms like a beautiful flowers.
