The Importance of learning  the English Language

Learning languages is especially essential today. Foreign languages are needed as the most efficient means of information exchange.

English is undoubtedly the main international language of communication in science, technology, modern literature, and music, business and mass entertainment, fashion, sport, politics, , maths ,logistics (moving goods from one country to another), aviation.

It is also the language of UN (United Nations) and many other political organization. The knowledge of English is almost obligatory for any socialized person That’s why so much attention is paid to learning English in schools.

When you apply for admission to  most universities, an English examination is almost a must.

English has been recognized as one of the broadly spoken languages and is the most acknowledged form of communication in the business world. It is the official language of EU and is taught as the second language in most of the countries across the world. Today , knowledge of English has become the basic requirement on the most of the professions.

Although people study basic English in schools as a subject , they face various communication related problems, be it written or spoken skills. Lack of English knowledge can cause many problems such as; unemployment, accomplishing success in fields like business, media, etc.

And in fact international travel can also become uncomfortable if you visit a place where your local language is not spoken and English is the only ordinary medium of communication.

English is also the main language when it comes to the Internet . There are various languages and translations available but the main language has always been English. Since the importance of the Internet has also grown, English grows with it too.

The globalization of current business has made sure that more opportunities are accessible for individuals to build a career.

Simultaneously, being skillful in a field is not just adequate rather the capability to market your skills globally has become a priority. I order to be competitive in an international business market you should have fluency in English to state your ideas or views clearly.

There are other languages, but they are not important for the same reason as the English language, because it is a universal language that links the world together which is the most important fact considering the changing times.
