The battle between our intellect and emotions is as old as the hills. They're kinda like an old couple, always bickering and nagging. They have a very fascinating relationship, though. This whacky couple made Nick Seluk, the one behind the popular Awkward Yeti webcomic, create his Heart And Brain comic series.
Let's take a look:
How 'bout you? Do your brain and heart get along well or do they need therapy?

Anytime.
My heart says: I want to learn a lot of languages; I love it. My mind say: come on, you are not young :) so forget it. Don't bother yourself.
My heart says: I don't care about age, I love it so I will do that, see I can say all these things in English.:)
Thanks for sharing your wonderful post dear.
thank you very much A738a.
Ah, excellent question, Ramin.
I say... from the very earliest experiments in anatomy in Egypt in the second century BC they decided that the heart should represent love. They discovered the nerves were followed around the body, the vast majority seemed to lead to the solar plexus in the chest. This gave rise to the theory that the heart was the seat of emotion and reason.
I hate to admit it, but I silently agree.
I like to know why heart is the symbol of emotion especially love? if someone knows about it, I will be appreciated if tell me the reason. because as you know all the problems are inside your head.
Thanks, dear ELF Noor. I'll check it out.
You're welcome, Afro. Ah, they are "in a relationship", if you know what I mean. ;]
